All new persons who intend to continue training in the Odense City Taekwondo Club after three times free-of-charge training must enroll to the Club and pay an enrollement fee of 260,00 DKK. The same rule applies to all members who have not been active in the club more than 12 months of regular training. The enrollment fee covers the expences of the licenses from the Danish Taekwondo Federation (160,00 DKK) and the Choi’s Venner Union (100.00 DKK), which we are a member of. (Membership under the Grand Master Choi Kyoung An - Korea) In case you cintinue your membership at the Odense City Taekwondo Club actively, the club will pay the upcoming years membership fees to the respective administrations. When you enrol to the club, you are bounded to the training rules and the club regulations. The enrollment is only valid, when an undersigend enrollment form is submitted to the direction board of the club.

Membership Fees

You alone are responsible to pay the club membership fee two times a year, first time latest on January 6 and the second time on September 6.

To prevent paying an extra fee to the banks, because of a money transfer from your bank to the bank which the club has an account (Jyske Bank), you can either pay in the club in cash -  which you will receive a receipt for that - or you can pay directly to the Jyske Bank. You can also use your netbanking system or the automatic payment service at your bank.

Remember to keep the payment receipt, if you pay directly in a bank. If you pay through the netbank services, choose "issue a receipt" in the system to file a copy of your payment. Payment receipts must be kept until one year in case the club demands documentaions regarding your membership status at the club.

Members will not receive any bills from the cashier of the club. You will just receive a reminder via e-mail about the payment dates which will be approaching. It is therefor quite importnat that parents register their own e-mail addresses in the e-mail list of the club and not just their children's.

When you pay your membership, you are not allowed to change the amount, which you have been directed to pay. It is not an excuse that you have not been to the training sessions peiodically.

Any changes in your membership status must be performed and updated through the direction board of the club.

Bank Account Information

Membership fees,  club enrollement fee and fees regarding participation in the competitions must be paid to the following club bank account. The Club does not receive cashes.
